Today we give a big warm Darlo welcome to West Auckland who, you may remember, beat us 2-1 at their ground earlier in the season.
Hopefully we can spin that scoreline around today and maybe even bang a few more in to put even more pressure on second placed Spennymoor who take on Marske United at home today. This is Moors’ second game in less than 48 hours and their third in 5 days, so let’s hope there’s some tired legs on their team for what should be a relatively straightforward win for them today.
PLEASE REMEMBER that today the club are collecting food for the Kings Church Food Store so if you can spare any food (tin of beans, peas, soup, fruit, or a bag of pasta, etc.) then please bring it along and help your club to help the local community.
Kick off today is at 3pm and don’t forget that exiles and anyone else who is unable to go along to see what promises to be a thrilling encounter this afternoon can keep up with all the action as it happens and mix with Darlo fans from all over the planet at the official Darlo facebook page. Head over there now for further news and information on the build up to today’s game.

If you’re going to the match please be careful on the roads - matchdays are busy days - and have a safe and happy day out.
Come on Darlo!!

The Darlington FC Community Interest Company has gone all social on us, which means that there can be no more complaints about lack of communication or information. Simply go to the CIC’s new Facebook page for up-to-the-minute news and information about what’s going on at the club, and also to meet and get to know the directors themselves.

The CIC also has a twitter account at https://twitter.com/DFCCIC
Remember - we’re all in this together with one aim which is to help our club to grow and progress to a sustainable level in the league pyramid. It won’t be easy (it seems nothing ever is for us Darlo fans!) but we’ve moved on from being a rich man’s toy to become a real torch bearer for other fans of other clubs who want to join the revolution and take back their clubs.

Success off the pitch helps to bring success on it, and the club’s fundraising group pulled off another successful evening last night with their New Age Jam event, raising £765 for the club’s coffers.
Thanks to the Cleveland Club on Neasham Road for hosting the event and to all of the volunteers in the fundraising group for making it all happen… yet again.
If you’d like to join the fundraising group and really make a difference then head on over their Facebook page and get in touch.
